Mossa Program

MOSSA is the most respected developer of professional, high quality, enjoyable group fitness workouts in the health club industry today. MOSSA provides branded group fitness programs carefully designed and tested to deliver a fun and effective social exercise experience. The programs are created with purpose to appeal to the largest audience possible. Group Power, Group Ride, and R30 are the MOSSA programs we currently offer.

Each quarter, the MOSSA Program Development team creates a new release, or workout, for each program. Over 300 hours are poured into every release to ensure the participants’ enjoyment and success. This Testing Phase, which involves clubs and instructors, consists of 150 field test classes for just one workout, which guarantees the programming of music and exercise is motivational, safe, and effective.

Group Ride®

Group Ride is a fantastic way to improve your cardio fitness, burn calories, shape and strengthen your lower body, and have fun while doing it! Since you control the intensity of the workout by adjusting your own bike, it’s a great workout for all ages whether you are just starting out or are an avid cyclist looking to train indoors. It’s also a great option to add to your other workouts.

Group Power®

Group Power combines traditional strength exercises with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout. Add to this dynamic and motivational music and it simply is the most fun you’ll have strength training.


R30 is your 30-minute cardio workout. Music will make the time fly, and you will feel great working up a sweat! You can make the most out of R30, no matter if you are just starting an exercise program or have been racing bikes for years. It’s only 30 minutes and the format is easy to follow. Since the bike is completely adjustable, you are in control. It’s also perfect for those that are short on time and men and women of all ages.


Bootcamp is a 45-minute, high-intensity, full body workout built by one of our own Personal Trainers. Every bootcamp you attend will be a different workout designed to hit multiple muscle groups.

Personal Training

Building a personalized workout plan for you takes time, and this also ensures that our certified Personal Trainers are able to give you the tools you need on your fitness journey. Both hybrid and in person training is available, although space is limited. Contact us to book your free consultation.

Custom Nutrition Planning

Custom nutrition planning is available to help you reach your goals more quickly.


Childcare is available Monday to Friday from 9AM to 12PM. The minimum age for children at daycare is 6 Months.
